Spring is just around the corner when you see the buckets on the sugar maple trees!  Doesn’t it make you want to settle into breakfast with a short stack of pancakes, sausage and pure Vermont Maple Syrup?  You choose: Grade A Fancy or that delicious B grade with wonderfully rich color and smokey flavor.

It’s not long before the spring crocus flowers will peak through the snow and reach for the warming sun!
